One of the key strengths I have is the ability to explain abstract and complicated concepts in a clear and simple manner while retaining the depth of understanding for students.
Given that the schools have the autonomy to sequence the teaching of the syllabus; different schools have thus far adopted different approaches based on their respective pedagogical beliefs. I have tailor-made programs that cater to the students from different schools. This is aimed at helping our tuition students learn in a manner that is in line with their schools’ sequencing of the syllabus, thus helping to improve the learning outcome as well as school exam performance.
I believe that while students ought to have the personal responsibility to be interested in learning, the onus is ultimately on the tutors’ to make each and every lesson engaging and interesting. To that end, I endeavor to make all the content, as well as the thinking and application skills that are taught in class relevant to our students.
